Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it by contacting our support team.

Once processing has begun and the order has shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returns and exchanges of unused items within 15 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

The hair must be in its original condition—unworn, unaltered, and unstyled.

All tags, labels, and packaging must remain intact.

Final sale items and purchases made using discount codes are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded in the form of store credit, which can be used toward future purchases.

Refunds will not be issued to original payment methods.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos or videos as proof. We’ll gladly replace the item or issue store credit as appropriate.
